01 Service & Maintenance
We service what we sell, and what we didn’t.
In-house technicians, our own trucks, and a maintenance record that follows the unit rather than the salesperson. If another company installed your elevator, we will still take the account.
02 Maintenance Plans
Three plans, priced by exposure and use.
The right interval depends on how close you are to salt water and how many trips a day the car makes, not on the price of the equipment.

03 Planned maintenance
Planned maintenance
Elevators fail slowly, then all at once. A maintenance interval exists to catch the slow part.
Almost every emergency call we run traces back to something that was visible months earlier. A door operator belt glazing over, a hydraulic seal weeping onto the pit floor, a relay contact pitting until it drops out under load. None of those strand anybody on the day they start. They strand somebody on the day nobody looked.
Our planned visits are performed by the same technicians who install, on a route assigned to your region rather than dispatched from another state. You get a written condition report after each visit with photographs of anything trending the wrong way, so you can budget for a component instead of paying emergency rates for it.
04 Dispatch
Already have a unit?
Send the details and dispatch will call back with a window. We take on equipment we did not install every week, including brands we do not sell.
